Ben grew up in Australia in a family of real estate investors and developers before following his own path into tech. He worked with investment firms in the UK and Canada and then large Silicon Valley tech firms, executing hundreds of millions of dollars in enterprise-scale projects for Fortune 100 customers. In parallel, Ben has owned and operated multiple successful real estate businesses.

With a deep pedigree in property management, Josh heads up our Asset Management and Construction Management teams. He oversees our GCs, vendors, and property management teams across all assets and delivers successful outcomes across our investment portfolio.
Willy Morales
Willy manages our institutional investor relationships and oversees all equity capital raising. He has a strong background in private banking and wealth management, with extensive experience working with high-net-worth families and institutions and executing equity strategies.
